- Kalinki:
The kalinki are small creatures which resemble different kinds of bugs. They're usually famous for being extremely adorable,cute and peaceful so they are often kept as pets. Some of them are quite intelligent and posses the abilities to understand their masters and follow more complex orders.
-The Ladybug kalinki is of the size of a small cat. Most of them enjoy living indoors even though they are some of the few from their kind which can fly on short distances. They like helping their masters and enjoy getting flowers and berries in return. (Note: They eat flowers.)
- Mal is a ladybug kalinki which lives with a master who is a famous inventor. He created special extensions for Mal's wings to allow the creature to fly higher and for longer. Mal often helps its master with chores in the house and during some experiments. Its favorite flowers are daisies.

While doing this homework I remembered how disgusting insects are. Especially when you're looking at close up photos of them. Thanks to Ash for finding some of the reference pictures I needed, because I couldn't stand the chills I felt every time I typed in something in Google and I could see a million legs on the screen. I don't like insects. Not even butterflies. Eww...
That's why I decided to make my character a cute one. And it's not actually an insect, it just looks like one.
